Order & Booking Terms

Bookings

When making  a booking  or placing a Made  to Order or Personalised  item,  you are confirming that you have read the Terms & Conditions  set  out below and  the  Refund  Policy.

All scheduled bookings must be paid for in full before the registration closing date (normally one week before the class).  On receipt you will contacted by email to confirm your place and provided with the full venue address and directions.

 

Booking on demand (choosing your date): contact me by email at thearcshed@gmail.com to confirm  availability.  Once confirmed, an invoice will be issued and payment is required within 24-hours to secure your booking.

 

A contact number is required for all bookings so that you can be contacted in case of an emergency or unavoidable last minute changes.

 

If you are  unable to attend for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible.

 

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel an event, an offer to reschedule your booking will be offered.  Reasons may include a single booking because, unfortunately, it is not viable to run a workshop for one person.

Made to Order

  • An order form must  be completed.

  • Once received I aim to get  an  email with approximate completion and delivery date  within 48 hours.  The email will also confirm  whether any special  requests  can be met.  Please note:  this is not an automated response therefore  if your order is received on a weekend or over a Bank Holiday it may take a  little longer to receive. 

  • Payment  must be made with the order.   By  placing an order  you are confirming  that you have read and agree to the terms set out above and  the cancellation and  Refund  Policy.

  • Work will commence once the 48 hour period is up.
