Refund Policy

The Arc Shed is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the return and refund policy ensures a straightforward process to assist you.  In the first instance, please contact me by email at thearcshed@gmail.com

POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

 

Returns

  • Details of a faulty or incorrect item must be sent to  thearcshed@gmail.com within  24  hours of delivery 

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in resaleable condition

Refund Process

Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by the Arc Shed and examined.  Once satisfied the item returned meets the policy criteria, a refund or exchange will be agreed. Please note: if the item became faulty due to inappropriate use or by not following the care instructions no refund or replacement will be offered.

 

Please allow 7 working days for your return or exchange to be dealt with. I would recommend that proof of postage is obtained in case of loss in transit.

 

Refunds may take several days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Return Postage &  Packing

Please note that return P&P costs are the responsibility of the customer.  These costs are non-refundable.

POLICY FOR BOOKINGS & PRODUCT ORDERS

Bookings

Bookings are non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend on the day due to unforeseen circumstances an alternative date, or workshop to the same value may be offered. This must be taken within 6 months of the original booking date.

 

As much notice as possible would be appreciated if you cannot attend.

 

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel an event, an offer to reschedule your booking in  line with the above will be given.  Reasons may also include a single booking because, unfortunately, it is not viable to run a workshop for one person.

Cancellation

When placing an order there will be a waiting  period  of  48 hours before work begins.  Cancellation must be received within this 48 hour period , thereafter it will not be possible to cancel orders.  

 

Refunds

When cancellation  is received in accordance with the above (48 hours) a full refund less 15% administrative fees will be made.  After this period no refunds can be offered.
