Refunds (purchased items)
In the event your item is faulty please contact us within 24-hours of receipt stating the date received and the nature of the fault at email@example.com
After reviewing the information provided we will confirm in writing where the item is to be returned and this must be sent within 14 days, in the same condition it was received, in the original packaging and must be unused. Unfortunately no refunds or exchanges can be offered after 14 days.
Please note: No refunds can be offered for commissioned pieces or personalised items.
You will be responsible for paying for your the postage to return your item.
If you are returning a high value item (i.e. £40+) we would advise a trackable postal service and/or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned.
